Several months ago I had the pleasure of photographing a Michigan wedding with a photographer friend of mine, Ed of Edward John Photography. It was a chilly, rainy, Midwest fall day, but the wedding was gorgeous and Tom & Jessica had an amazing day. We had a lot of fun dashing in and out of buildings to create great images between the sprinkles and the approaching frost bite
. Fortunately, Mother Nature held out for us and I’m proud to say Mission Accomplished! By the end of the day my feet were soaked from walking through the grass and the brides dress was more than a little damp, but it was all worth it. Tom and Jessica are two awesome people. Not only were they troopers but their obvious love and quirky since of humor sure kept me inspired. One of my favorite things about these two is that they had the hilarious idea to carve “Thank You” into a pumpkin that was displayed at the wedding. Between the Thank You pumpkin, their obvious love and the Groom’s Doughnut cake, I couldn’t help but have an awesome time photographing these two!

Love the new site redesign! Thanks for the stroll down memory lane. What a day it was!
Hi Jessica! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I still rave to my clients about how creative you guys were. From the cool “Fall in Love” apples to the “Thank You” pumpkin and doughnut groom cake, I loved the spirit and warmth of your wedding. It was my pleasure to work with Ed in capturing your special day. Thanks for checking out the new site!
